Stir Fried Chicken Mango Ramen

✰✰✰✰✰

  • It's easy to make

  • In only 30 minutes!!

Here we are, quarantined at home with no restaurant to go visit so we decided to make our own delicious meals and review them as if we were dining out. Some dishes were made by us and others by our Mom, but we'll be honest and give our true opinions on each and every dish. Oh, and we'll also tell you how we made everything so you can make it at home too if you choose. Fingers crossed....

Ingredients you'll need!

  • Mango-or pineapple if you have, 1 mango or 1-2 cups of pineapple cut into small chunks

  • Ramen-any flavor or brand, broken into large chunks, 3-4 packets

  • Chicken-we used 2 large chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

  • Garlic & fresh ginger-about 6 cloves garlic and 2" piece of ginger, minced

  • Ramen Mix-use the flavor packet it came with...ours was chicken flavor

  • Carrots-we used pre shredded carrots, about a cup or so full

  • Celery-2 stalks sliced diagonally

  • Onion-we used one medium onion, sliced

^ Step 1

Fill a pot with enough water to boil ramen noodles and add in the flavor packets. Bring to a boil. While you're waiting for water to boil, sauté the chicken and veggies.

^ Step 2

In a hot pan with oil, stir fry the chicken till cooked through. Make sure to add salt and pepper to add flavor to the dish.

^ Step 3

Once the chicken is cooked, take it out and set it aside. Add more oil and saute the veggies until they are tender yet still crisp!

^ Step 4

Add in the garlic and ginger and sauté for another 1-2 mins.

^ Step 5

Add in the chicken and the mango and stir it all together.

^ Step 6

Quickly boil your ramen for 2-3 mins and drain out of the liquid. Throw the ramen into the pan and toss together!

^ Foodie Sisters Thoughts!!

I, Taylor, thought that this dish was super tasty!! The ramen was cooked perfectly and the chicken tasted amazing mixed with all the veggies!! The garlic and ginger added a slight kick to it and the mango made the dish sweet!! As a person that eats ramen quite often I would definitely recommend making this dish on your own at home too!! I, Ashley, totally agree!! This plate tastes like heaven in a bowl. The ramen has the perfect consistency and the celery adds a much needed crunch!! This is such an easy dish to make, uses little ingredients, and is so yummy!!
