Sylvio Martins
Senior Staff Writer, Los Angeles
Sylvio has lived in Los Angeles for over 10 years, so he thinks he’s a local by now. Since graduating from UCLA, he has worked as an actor, disgruntled barista, and freelance writer, with his work appearing in Eater, Bon Appétit, Remezcla, and more. After seeing a call for pitches on Twitter, he began freelance contributing to the Infatuation’s LA site in 2021 and wrote so many guides we eventually gave him a job. He’s been a staff writer since 2022 and still loves restaurants.
