Pinecrest Bakery

There are now almost as many Pinecrest Bakeries in Miami as there are uninsured drivers. But their flagship on US1 in (obviously) Pinecrest is the best. It has an actual glass chandelier, a giant mural of coffee beans, and so many dark brown tones, that you’ll feel like you’re inside a Cuban colada. As busy as this place gets, it’s pretty relaxed. You can sit at a table and eat solid pastelitos and really good (and crunchy) croquetas. The coffee is as strong as Cuban coffee should be.
